During the roundtable discussion, Guillermo will be joined by the panelists Patricio N. Abinales, PhD, a retired professor of the Department of Asian Studies, University of Hawai鈥檌, M膩noa; Carlo A. Arcilla, PhD, director of the Philippine Nuclear Research Institute; Caesar A. Saloma, PhD, professor emeritus at the UPD National Institute of Physics; Bonifacio P. Ilagan, a multi-awarded Filipino playwright, screenwriter, filmmaker, and journalist; and Patrick I. Claudio, chief history researcher of the Human Rights Violations Victims鈥 Memorial Commission.
The event is organized by the UPD Research Ethics Board as part of the 鈥2025 UPD REB Monthly Ethics Seminar Series.鈥
